Refund policy

You can return your online order within 14 days of receiving your items.

Freebird Return Portal

Please note that returned items remain your responsibility until they have been received at our warehouse. We therefore recommend using a tracked (and, if needed, insured) shipping method and keeping your shipping receipt until your return has been processed.

We kindly ask you, for sustainability reasons, not to return items purchased from our Sale. This way, together we can help reduce unnecessary waste in clothing and make a positive impact on the environment by limiting transport and CO₂ emissions.

 

Return Conditions

All online purchases — including sale items — are eligible for a full refund, provided that:

  • Items are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • Items are not soiled or altered in any way
  • All original tags and packaging are still attached

All returns are carefully inspected upon arrival. Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to the sender.

Items from our Archive Sale can be returned in accordance with our regular return policy. However, we encourage mindful purchasing to help reduce unnecessary returns and transport.

 

How to Return

You can return your order via a service point for €6.50.

Please note that different orders cannot be combined in one return shipment.

Follow the steps below:

Step 1
Place the items you wish to return in the original box, including the packing slip. This ensures we can process your return correctly.

Step 2
Register your return via the Freebird Return Portal.
Use the order number found on your packing slip. You will receive a return label to print.

Step 3
Attach the return label to your parcel. Please make sure any previous shipping labels are removed or no longer visible.

All returns will be checked upon receipt at the warehouse. Returns that do not meet the requirements will be rejected.

 

Return Costs

Please note the costs of the return label are €6.50 and are paid upfront.

 

Refunds

Once your return has been received and processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that it may take up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
