Refund policy

It is possible to return your online order within 14 days after receiving the order. You are responsible for the items you want to return until we receive them. It is therefore a good idea to take out insurance for the value of the items you are returning and to keep the shipping receipt.

All online purchases (including sale items) will be fully refunded if the following conditions are met:

  • the items are unworn, not soiled, washed or damaged.
  • the items contain all attached price tags and original packaging.

All returns will be checked upon receipt at the warehouse. Returns that do not meet the requirements will be rejected.

HOW TO RETURN ITEMS: You can drop off your package at a DHL or PostNL point for €6.50. Please note that different orders cannot be returned in one package.

Follow the steps below to return your items:

Step 1: Put the items you want to return in the box together with the invoice. Make sure you do not forget to add the invoice, so we can process the return properly.
Step 2: Schedule your drop-off via You will receive a return label that you can print out.
Step 3: Attach this return label to the top of the box. Make sure your own address is no longer visible to avoid confusion.

PLEASE NOTE: the return costs will be deducted from the refund of your return shipment! You will not pay for the return shipment when you request your return label, it will be deducted from your return refund.

REFUND Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email from us to confirm the return. It may take up to 14 days for your bank to process the refund.
