Returns

You may return your online order within 14 days of receiving your items.

Freebird Return Portal

To be eligible for a refund, your return must be registered and shipped within this 14-day period.

Returns submitted after the return period may not be accepted.

 

Return Conditions

All online purchases, including sale and Archive Sale items, are eligible for a refund provided that:

  • Items are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • Items show no signs of wear, use, perfume, makeup, deodorant, or other staining
  • All original tags remain attached
  • Items are returned in their original packaging

All returned items are carefully inspected upon arrival. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. Refused items will be returned to the sender.

 

Important Information

  • The Freebird Summer Sale starts the 25th of June. New sale deals will be added regularly. Please note: due to the fast-changing nature of the sale, we're unable to apply discounts retroactively or modify placed orders.
  • Sale items and Archive Sale items can be returned under the same conditions as regular-priced items.
  • Returns remain the customer's responsibility until they have been received by our warehouse.
  • We strongly recommend using the return label provided through our Return Portal and keeping your proof of shipment until your return has been processed.
  • Different orders cannot be combined into one return shipment.

 

How to Return

Step 1

Place the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging, including the packing slip.

Step 2

Register your return via the Freebird Return Portal using the order number shown on your packing slip.

Step 3

Print and attach the return label to your parcel. Please ensure that any previous shipping labels are fully removed or covered.

Step 4

Drop off your parcel at the selected service point.

 

Return Costs

The return label costs €6.50 and must be paid during the return registration process.

This amount will not be refunded.

 

Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved, you will receive a confirmation email.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

 

Sustainability

We encourage customers to shop mindfully and only order items they genuinely intend to keep.

Reducing unnecessary returns helps lower transport emissions, packaging waste, and our overall environmental impact.
